The Process Of Seeking An Occupational Limited License

An OLL grants an individual limited driving privileges — such as the ability to drive to and from work — for the length of the license suspension. OLLs are often sought by drivers with commercial driver’s licenses who are typically most affected by a license suspension.

It’s important to know that an OLL can only be sought if you’ve been convicted of certain crimes and even then, there is no guarantee that the state will grant you limited driving privileges.
