Patrick Lauer is a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has practiced in the area of Pennsylvania criminal defense for 23 years. He has handled over 5,000 DUI cases, including 200 jury trials. His 1994 book "Pennsylvania Drunk Driving Defense" is used as a manual on the topic by attorneys, prosecutors and police statewide. He has also attended the prestigious National College for DUI Defense at Harvard Law School, and received additional training in field sobriety tests and on the Intoxilyzer and Data Master, the machines used by Pennsylvania law enforcement agencies. Mr. Lauer was elected as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in 2007 by the American Trial Lawyers Association.
